Refund policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES, OR RETURNS.  On a very rare occasion a refund or exchange may be issued (goes through a rigorous check and is only completed on a case by case basis, solely up to owner).  If you are approved for a refund, you will have 7 days to return your item(s). Once item(s), have been received and reviewed we will begin the refund process. All item(s) must be returned in its original packaging, hair cannot be altered, washed, or worn in anyway. If you are approved for an exchange, you will have 7 days to return your items. Once returned and reviewed we will begin the exchange process. All items must be returned in its original packaging, hair cannot be altered, washed, or worn in anyway. The exchange MUST be equal or less than the original item(s) you purchased. If it is more than the original item(s) you purchased, you MUST pay the difference. If it is less than the items you purchased, we will refund the difference. Please note: Pictures of items(s) prior to refund/exchange must be submitted if you are requesting for a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for the shipping fee if approved for a refund or exchange. In a case of an approved refund or exchange Dreamless Hair will ONLY be responsible for the shipping fee if we are at fault.
 
Fraud Alert Policy:  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. However, Dreamless Hair has zero tolerance for credit card fraud (scammers) and theft of our products.  All orders go through a rigorous fraud check. Dreamless Hair reserves the right to cancel any order that is flagged as fraudulent. If your order is flagged as fraudulent you will be contacted immediately to verify/confirm your information. If your information is not confirmed within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled. If your order is flagged as fraudulent, you will be required to submit a valid state ID and/or drivers license. Name, billing and/or shipping address MUST match what is on your order.
Orders over $400 Policy: If you place an order that totals up to $400 or more, you will be contacted within 24 hours to verify and confirm your purchase. When you are contacted, we will ask to verify and confirm name, billing/shipping address and to submit a copy of your valid ID/Drivers license. Your billing and/or shipping address must match what is on your valid ID/Drivers license. You will have 24 hours to verify and confirm your information. If we do not receive a response within that timeframe your order WILL BE CANCELLED.  Please note:This policy protects both the seller (us) and buyer (you) to ensure both parties are not being scammed. Here at Dreamless Hair, we like to ensure when shopping with us your purchase is secure and safe. Please note: We do not keep any of your personal information on file such as ID, Drivers License, etc once received. We just use it to verify your order.
