DUE TO COVID-19 PROCESSING OF ORDERS AND SHIPPING MAY BE DELAYED!
 
Processing of Orders Policy: Standard orders are processed within 3-5 business days once payment has been received.  Express orders are processed within 1-3 business days once payment has been received. Please note: Processing of orders DO NOT include the weekends or holidays. Processing times are to ensure we are thoroughly pre-checking orders to make sure they are correct and up to OUR standard. *Please note during sales  and holiday seasons we experience a high volume of orders, processing of orders may be prolonged an additional 2-5 business days during this time. 
 
Shipping Policy: All orders ship via USPS  (Priority mail or Priority express mail) only. Standard shipping is 3-7 business days once order has been shipped. Express shipping is usually overnight but could take 1-2 business days once order has been shipped. Please email us at dreamlesshair@outlook.com to inquire about express shipping prior to placing an order for express shipping. (Please note: Business days DO NOT include weekends or holidays). WE REQUIRE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE!!! Standard Shipping with signature confirmation, $13 Express Shipping with signature confirmation, $35 *Please note: During sales we experience a high volume of orders, shipping of orders may be prolonged an additional 5-7 business days during this time and if you made multiple purchases your orders may be shipped separately. 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For all orders shipping internationally we quote 5-12 business days once order has been shipped. Timeframes for international shipment is provided by UPS, the timeframe can vary and can take longer or shorter than the time quoted. Unfortunately, we can not promise a certain day or time for delivery.

Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Custom Fees/Import Taxes or Duties/Etc.:  We are not responsible for any Custom fees/import taxes or duties, etc that your country/province may bill to you (If any). We advise contacting your country's customs office for respective charges and rates (if any), on your package coming in outside of your country.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Delays/Lost/Stolen Packages Policy: Dreamless Hair will not be responsible for any delays in shipping due to inclement weather, holidays, etc. We are also not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information lists your package as received and signed and you have not received it, please contact your local United States Postal Service or call USPS at 1-800-222-1811. Pick Up Orders Policy: Only available in the Philadelphia Area. To inquire about pick up orders please email us at dreamlesshair@outlook.com  with Pick Order Inquiry in the subject line. (Please note: All pick up orders are CASH ONLY transactions, if you order online your order will be shipped NO EXCEPTIONS)
